I use this nail drill bit on my feet instead of to remove gel polish or acrylic products from my fingernails! My feet seem to
build up hard, rough, dead skin especially on my heels. This carbide bit used gently and carefully removes all that hard
skin much more thoroughly and with way less work than using a file or pumice. Use this bit first and then change to a
less abrasive bit to do final smoothing. Highly recommend.
