I bought this to use on my dog's toenails. I contacted customer service because I wasn't inserting the filing tools far enough into the unit and then the tool would fall out when I turned it on. Customer service responded in the same day and resolved the problem. I am happy with the unit and very pleased with customer service.
I was trying to post pictures of my before and after toe nails but I dont think it meets the guidelines. So I will do my best to explain.
About a month ago or so, I stumped my right big toe really bad. It cause to bleed and bruise under my nail. Which over time cause my nail to grow with a hump and just ugly. I've tried using the rectangular nail file with the 4 levels to file, smooth, buff, etc. That didn't work to well. So, I got this. And I'm really glad I did. Because I gave myself a little Pedi. If course it couldn't help what was under my toe but it definitely did the job for the top part of it. Lol. So do I recommend? Yes I do. Just word of advice, make sure to have "New Set of batteries!" LMBO. Because I didn't have none right away, I used the batteries out the tv remote and it died pretty quickly. It was definitely manual error. Lol.

After spending $10-12 on those very cheaply made and weak battery powered nail/buffer sets, I nearly gave up. Then I found this $19 TOUCHbeauty nail buffer set and I am so very glad I did. The motor is powerful and very smooth--no vibration rattle at all. Just a nice quiet hummmm.
The built in light looked mighty weak, that is, until I tried it. I am 74 years with fading eyesight and the light is indispensable. For the first time, I can actually see what I am doing. The pointed metal (diamond?) and the sandpaper rotary attachments are perfect for shortening and trimming my thick toenails between pedicures. It doesn't chip my gel polish off at the edge like my manual pedicure file did. It gets the job done in no time with very gentle pressure.
I love the silicone tool holder for storing the file tips. They do not fall out of the holder.
The mechanical tool and bits are very easy to store. I just store the bits in the silicone holder and little machine in a little zip-lock bag--I didn't keep the tall plastic cylinder for storage.

This is a great little tool and the price is great.It works very well.I seldom buy anything to spoil just me and Im so happy I got this.I did have a little problem after a few days I dropped the piece with the little tools on the floor well needless to say my puppy who I had just rescued decided it was dinner time.I wrote a note to the company and they got right back to me. I give their customer service a A PLUS.
This little machine makes pedicures of my highly calloused feet very easy. The company was very responsive when I contacted them about missing tools and the made it right immediately.

Worked really well, for the price I was expecting it to be cheap, but it seems really well made. Just used it once so far, we'll see how it holds up over time.
Nice product. Needs a flat file that can be used on the top part of your nail. Something like a nail file.
