 Bought this a week ago and I freakin' love it. I do my own acrylic nails at home. This efile has a nice weight to it but not too big or bulky to use. The handpiece is metal with a nice rubbery grip. I like the USB power option. It has forward (R) and reverse (L). To change the bits you turn the rubber grip to release the chuck. Even at high RPM it spins so smoothly and quietly. It has everything I need as a DIYer.
