The disks are well made. They don't last long when used on calluses, and they need to changed out often. The double sided adhesive sticks well, and doesn't peel of the grinder itself.

Tips for using:
Before use this electric foot file, please soak your feet in warm water to soften skin.
Step 1, Tear off adhesive protective film of sandpaper disk.
Step 2, Paste it well on the machine.
Step 3. Connect to the adapter and plug into the socket.
Step 4, Turn on the switch and set suitable speed.
Step 5, Remove heel callus dead skin with machine.
Step 6, clean the machine with dry cloth.
(Please note: the electric foot file is not waterproof!)
Step 7, Apply foot cream to moisturize feet.
This product is amazing. It comes with some many replacement circles. I use once a week and leaves my feet super soft, like when I go for a pedicure, but at home! Highly recommended!
