I’m a licensed nail tech who does mobile services, and this nail drill has saved my hands. Excellent nail drill even if you’re not mobile. Takes gel polish and builder gel off like butter. Low sound and minimal vibration with high torque.
It was a good machine. Easy to use and portable. I wasn't strong enough to cut the acrylic nail though (only the station machine with pedal can do this work in my opinion). But this is a good machine in general.
It got 4 stars is because i used it for 8 months and it stopped working. I contacted their customer service. They were lighting fast to answer my questions and complaints. They suggested that i send the machine back to them because it still within 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, i tried to fix the machine a few days before but failed and the machine was totally broken. They said it is okay if i don't have that machine anymore. They sent me a compensation instead. I expected that i would lose everything but they gave me a compensation so it was like a fire on a cold day.
Be confident about buying this product. You can get help from their customer service if anything happened.
I got this after seeing a review by denisejohns65 on YouTube. I had already returned a different Makartt model because I couldn't turn the handle to remove /add the bits, so I wasn't too hopeful. I wanted a portable efile for doing pedicures (and a backup for my primary efile). This file does everything my desk file does at 1/4 the cost, and it's even quieter. I have only used it twice, so I can't speak to the longevity of it, but so far, so good.
I got a very cheap e-file when I purchased polygel for the first time. It was my first time using e-files and I hurt my fingers badly. I decided to invest on a decent one since I plan to continue using polygel. I read many reviews, checked YouTube videos and decided for this one. The size is excellent, compact and easy to handle. It doesn't shake around even when using with non dominant hand(which will help you avoid the bruising or scraping near cuticles). I had to purchase additional nail bits since it only comes with 4 and they are not the only ones you need to remove the polygel. I've used it at least 8 times now and I love it.
Love the quietness of this drill. But can't get the thing to turn to change the bit. So I'm stuck!! Also when going to change the bit.... The drill can come apart on the bottom. Other areas of the drill tend to be very loose. So hold tightly on the bottom of the drill itself so it doesn't come undone while turning.

I had a tough time convincing myself to not purchase an AC plug-in model because I care about power and consistency and capabilities.
It's not that I don't *want* cordless... it's just that I want it without giving up power, capability, etc.
I decided that portability and cordless was important and it's an evolutionary product by a company that sells a well regarded wired product.
Surprised by the very long lasting battery and durable, reasonable housing. The attachment wand is sensible as is its cord. Enjoying it so far with limited use.
I don't know where to begin with this review except I really love this e-file. The size is perfect is you don't have space for a full sized machine. It also hold it's charge for a long time!! I use mine quite infrequently since I only need every few weeks but it works well everytime. Having the digital screen helps a lot.
I brought this nail drill so I can do my nails at home. I love how powerful and portable it is. I do wish it came with more drill bits.
This is a fantastic Emile at a great price. There is no vibration at all and I’m amazed at the power it has since its rechargeable! I would highly recommend this product!
