I apologize for the gross "before" pic but this worked great on my dad's feet. He can't walk too well and has poor circulation. Before this gadget, I would use a pumice stone, a metal file and a lot of elbow grease. With this tool, it looks like he had a professional pedicure. It allowed me to focus on detailing crevices and toe areas. I used the fine abrasive roller at the low setting and worked all around the sole and heel. The plastic cover helped prevent the skin powder from flying around too much but it fell off a few times - perhaps, I was too aggressive in trying to reach certain curvatures. I ended up not using the plastic shield, and just be diligent in wiping the feet with a wet paper towel frequently between passes to prevent flying skin dust. I also tap the gadget over a trash bin to shake off excess powder. The mini attachments were very handy to reach small areas between the toes and cleaning up the toenail areas. Switching out the rollers was tricky at first. Turns out one side of the roller has a square peg and the other side is a round peg. Just put the side with the square peg in place first and the round peg side will easily slide into place. It took a while for me to wrestle with it till I figured it out. For the mini attachments, just make sure it's pushed in all the way and it'll lock in place. The unit was easy to clean. The USB charging feature also makes it a space saver. My only concern is getting replacement parts. Currently I don't see it available. I've inquired about this to the seller (SIST SKIN) and they responded the accessories will be available next month.
Does a great job but it broke quite quickly. But then again maybe I shouldn't blame the device itself. For you regular humans this would work great.

Love this compact callus remover and how it has the smaller attachments. It's not totally submergible in water though so I'm a bit scared to bring it into the shower with me which was why I purchased it in the first place.
I really like this foot file because it’s cordless and the battery lasts a long time. It was essy to use and left my feet soft as a babies. The only thing I disliked was that the files were kinda hard to clean but with a brush it kinda gets the cleaning done!
