This was pretty accurately described. This product is not of a top quality by any means, but you get what you pay for. It will still work for me when doing something that does not require a lot of precision. However, I bought individual pieces of drill tops at various manicure shops and they were more expensive yes, but also of a way better quality. Package was shipping to Russia for almost 2 month, and I consider it being way too long even for AliExpress. The box itself was damaged, there is a piece of plastic that chipped off.
