This thing is great for filing my Invisalign clear braces trays! Much easier than using an emery board. I have sort of thin fingernails, so I have NOT Used this on my fingernails, but if it will file down the plastic on my braces, I’m sure it will do a good job on your nails as long as you use a light touch. If you are looking for something to help make your Invisalign more comfortable I totally recommend this!
*UPDATE* I started doing Dip powder nails (which are a the of acrylic) and use this to file the top smooth before the final top coat and it works GREAT with the pointy metal tip. The one I had bought last September finally died totally after using it a lot for 8 months. I just ordered another one and will prob also get a backup. How can you complain about this for $8? So mine worked out to $1 a month. I can live with that. I think this thing is great!
