Bought one of these a few years ago and the wires are just recently started showing and stripping from the black part that covers them. I would say this price for 2 years of constant use is a great deal. I usually used it every two weeks to file my acriyic nails. Pretty great buy. I know there are other out there that file way faster and harder but this is pretty good for the price. This isn't going to file them shorter like from the tips down but it works great filing on the underneeths of your nails and on the sides to shape them. Make sure you unscrew the top before shoving a piece down in there or you will permantly make it loose and harder to use. When you store it wrap the cord the same way it came in and it will last way longer.
I love love this drill I purchased it 2 times because the first one had a short in the wire and the second drill was damaged so I just use the cord from the second on the first an I'm back in business I just wish the cord was longer it's really short so I use a extension cord

Love it. Very useful for beginners like me. I recommend to go to YouTube to learn how to use it. And for those people that says the drill bits don't fit, that's not true. They do fit it's just that they don't know how to use it. I recommend it to buy it

I use to do my own toe nails, but I stopped. I started back up again, and this machine is great! I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to do their own pedicures at home.
