I've been lookong for a rechargable efile for a while now that is good quality and afforable. I think I found it. I'm a nail artist and a very busy one at that. I literally was able to take this efile right out of the box and start working. Came fully charged! I also really love the size of the drill. It's not to fat or too skinny. Very light weight as well. I highly recommend this efile for either beginners to seasoned technicians.
Before I purchased my first nail drill, I spent a lot of time reading & viewing various review online. I am not a professional, I do my own nails, so I knew I did not want to spend hundreds on a large professional drill. I really liked the idea of a cordless drill. However, finding one that was comfortable to hold and that had the torque to be useful proved to be the challenge. Many of the drills on the market under $100 will stop when you apply some force to try to remove gel or acrylic. I found a very positive review of this drill and ordered it.
It comes very nicely packaged. The main housing comes with the battery 2/3 to 3/4 charged so you can actually use this drill right out of the box, no waiting to charge it! It will charge in 2 hours. It is a 2000 mAh Lithium battery (Be aware for airline travel, at the time of my review, this unit cannot go in checked luggage due to all airlines banning lithium batteries in checked baggage).
The unit comes with 6 simple metal drill bits, and 6 sanding discs for the mandrel bit, 2 each of fine, medium, and coarse. The handpiece and charging cord are also included. The bits provided are VERY beginner and basic bits. I am purchasing ceramic bits which dissipate heat better than any metal bit. I strongly advise anyone new to nail drills to look into upgrading and purchasing ceramic bits and also consider purchasing 'safety' bits to prevent yourself from nicking your skin. The photos shown with this item actually show a woman using a ceramic bit with this drill.
The unit has a very easy to read LCD screen which shows your speed from 1 to 30, and your battery life. There is a forward and reverse switch on the side. I really like this feature as I find I frequently switch depending on which hand and finger I am working with. The top has the on/off dial switch which also controls your speed. Next to the dial is where you plug in the handpiece.
They don't show it but they include 2 additional items, which are to hold the handpiece. One snaps onto the drill for 'travel' and one is a stand to be set on a desk, where you can place the handpiece for storage
The drill is shipped with an "original" bit or post in it, which is to prevent damage during shipping. It is very easy to remove and change out bits, very similar to most nail drills. The handpiece barrel is a little fatter than I like but it is not horribly uncomfortable.
The drill has a maximum of 30,000 RPM. I have no idea why anyone would want to use it at that speed, that is mildly terrifying, but you could if you were crazy. I have found I tend to use it at speeds of 4-7, mainly using it around 5 (5,000) or 6. It has more than sufficient torque and it is not overly loud.
I knocked off a star because at 5000 RPM I find the drill is surging a bit. Not enough to make me return it, as I think it is a good buy, but it can be distracting at time. This could be a deal breaker for some, especially nail professionals who are used to really high-end nail drills, but in my opinion, you're going to have a hard time finding a drill with good torque at low speeds, that is portable, for under $100. Many other cordless drills just do not have the torque and will stop when you apply pressure to remove gel or acrylic. I use it to remove my gel and it is great.
Overall I think this is a great cordless drill for the price point and I recommend it, especially for home users. Just be sure to upgrade your bits!

This nail drill is the best thing since sliced bread. It works great and is good on the go. The adjustable speeds gives you more control. The LCD display lets you see the speed and you can keep track of the of when the battery needs charged. The power in this little drill is amazing. Since I don't have to go to the salon to get my nails done anymore I'll be saving a heap of money. I get salon quality nails right at home.
I am really happy with this drill! It is quiet but powerful. Super easy to use and easy to hold. I did a lot of research and watched many nail techs on you tube and chose this one due to the many recommendations. With a little
practice, I was able to get near salon quality at home. You won’t be disappointed with this set!
I love the way it fits in my hand. It has a sleek finish to it. It’s easy to handle and there’s no loud noise. Also you don’t get that heavy vibration in your hand when using it.
This is a wonderful wireless drill, it works great and it has good torque, easy to use. I’m a nail technician and I was looking for a portable drill to take with me to my mobile appointments, I will try to up date this review after a while to see how it does.
