I highly recommend buying from this seller!After making the purchase, they contacted me to tell me this e-file was sold out, but I was able to upgrade to a better model (JD 5500C) at additional cost after I asked them to.It came packed very well in a box (with additional protection on the edges).The owner of the store is very patient and kind and offers a lot of help. I did not understand properly how to open the mechanism to exchange the drill bits (I thought it was broken at first) and she even sent me a video showing how to do it and also telling me that she would send a replacement if it was broken.The machine itself is of great quality and offers high speed and torque and the handpiece does not vibrate and is pretty quiet. But beware that the handpiece is on the heavy side (around 240grams).If you are looking for good drills for a very cheap price, buy here!
