The product came promptly, packaged well and it worked great no problems with operation at all. The only negative would be that it didn't have any instructions on operation which is why I gave it 4 stars. I have never used an electric nail file and I had to look online for videos to figure it out but after that all was good.
Okay so let me just start out by saying shipping was so fast !!! I love that also this is my first drill however this is really good quality compared to others I’ve seen ( no shade to anyone ) ! I turned on the drill and it was supper quiet and very powerful... it’s easy to use and is just great all around ! Love love love this drill

It's not super loud so that's helpful. It works pretty well.
We purchased this to use on our dogs nails. It works great, not like those poor quality ones you can buy in the pet store.

Works really well. I love that I can easily take my gel polish of at home. And when I want to dry my nails quickly it works well.
