I bought one of these with OUT the dome top - I promptly cut the crap out of my finger.. Got this one, tried it right away PERFECT!!!! It works SO well, it doesn't grab like the flat top. I'm able to work down around my cuticle without tearing it up. If you do your own nails, this is a great tool.
Great bit, cuts through acrylic super fast. It is truly a safety bit so the barrel (part with the teeth) part of it can (lightly) touch your skin and won't cut it, I tested it. Be careful not to touch your natural nail with it AT ALL, not even at a really low speed. I accidentally cut too deep through my acrylic and just barely touched my natural nail and it left a deep gash so if you're just starting out and don't know what you're doing probably don't go for something this coarse. Hope the pics help, but I'd used it a few times before I took these so the teeth are slightly duller than brand new
I am a beginner and love this bit! It removes gel polish and thins out acrylic easily! I've seen people just used medium and fine and I don't know how they do it. I use this XXC, a med, and the brown band ones while doing my sets.
Works amazing in removing nail enhancements; acrylic and dip powder. Cuts time in half if not more in removing product. Not for natural nails!!
Love this! Used this today to take bulk down on a color change and acrylic fill. Was perfect! I will buy again.

This works perfectly for gel nails. Love it! I had bought a couple of other bits (different brand that said they were fine and were not fine but quite coarse)
