The battery chamber was a little hard to open at first, but it worked after I put them in, which is most important. All the pieces were there, it arrived earlier than the expected delivery date. I hope it will last a while, so that I can get my money's worth.

This works as well as I thought it would for the price. I found it easy to use. Powerful enough for at home use. You will need 2 AAA batteries that are not included.
My wife uses it and loves it, it doesn't get hot and is easy to use and she definitely recommends it.
