- Slowly intersify till there is a sense of expansion
- Intersify slightly for every 10 minutes
- 30 minutes later, take the feet out of the water,wait for 15 minutes to dry feet.
- Remove the tool, the toenail is corrected a little , stuff some clean cotton under the tited nail to prevent .
