Just started using the device. A lot of different cutters are included. There's a choice. But when used, the device is quickly heated. Only two nails had time to remove the gel. Had to turn off and wait

What a terrible experience dealing with non working product! 1-when i turn the drill on it turns of few seconds later on its on. 2 -- inserts don't stay in, they fall out. Tried to return, and the seller wanted me to pay shipping back (which is around $15!!! From usa) i spent over 3 weeks trying to get a refund from the seller and if they could provide shipping label, all they could refund was $4!! After pay pal takes %, i would be down to $3! So, don't buy from this seller, i still have not got anything from them! The seller sent not a working drill. Promised to return $4 (bought for $12) and did not return. Terrible service.

The device is excellent! Track tracked, came quickly. I recommend!
